The service was outstanding! Each staff member was friendly and attentive, making our stay exceptional. The beautiful grounds offered great walking paths and the restaurants served delicious meals.

A slight inconvenience was that the bathroom door didn't fully close, which felt a bit awkward. Also, the key cards often malfunctioned, making room access troublesome!

The breakfast buffet was impressive and delicious.

The Deluxe Queen Room was spacious and offered a comfortable bed, ensuring restful nights. However, the lack of a covered entrance made it challenging during inclement weather, especially for my elderly family member. Additionally, the distance from local attractions requires a car or rideshare, which made our trip less convenient.

The breakfast buffet was the best part of my stay, with an amazing spread that includes freshly baked croissants and delicious organic juices. 🌟 The only drawback was the slow service at the bar.

However, the remote location posed challenges. walking to our room at the far end of the floor felt tiring, especially during rainy weather. A covered entrance would have made a difference when getting back to the hotel. My experience with the amenities was fantastic, like the bikes available for exploring the lovely area. Overall, a great balance of comfort and enjoyment with a few minor inconveniences.

My family and I had an amazing time! The grounds felt like a fairy tale, and the pool was just the right cherry on top for our staycation. Seriously, best night's sleep ever—could have stayed for weeks!

But they could use a few more hooks in the bathroom. Having to play tug-of-war with my toiletries is a bit much!

I loved how convenient it was to stroll around the nearby parks like Oak Grove Lake Park, which is less than a 3-kilometer walk away, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Greenville's downtown with its landmarks all within easy reach. every day felt like a mini-adventure! The hotel also did a great job accommodating my group, which really helped make our weekend getaway enjoyable, but there was a slight hiccup as we weren't informed about breakfast timing at check-in.
